[HELP NEEDED] Samsung B2230HN LCD Monitor

My Samsung B2230HN Monitor is not able to display FULL HD 1920 x 1080p when I use HDMI. It has ghost image and black space around the windows 7 64bit. Running on ATI 3200 HD, I do not have the same problem connect to my 42" Philips LCD with full HD support. The funny thing is, the resolution looks perfect when I use a normal DVI cable connecting my monitor and computer. I have checked all the drivers and make sure it is up to date. Tried to factory reset the monitor but no difference.
