What do you think a company that strongly executes its SOP, for all dept.

I have been told that they are usually very large scale of companies, like banking, MNC.

But yet I am experiencing that in a very small company.

Very distinguishing.

I only could say that this should not be happening in small company.

I believe it creates the unhappy working environment.

What do you think, or you may share your exp.

Hey i not sure i talk about this in a correct section.

i get stuck with login my facebook account.

Facebook requires me to do a verification before i can enter.

i'm fed up with this sucky sucky facebook.
