Dear Respondents,

I’m a post-graduate student, currently pursuing MBA in University Malaya and conducting a research on employee performance through exploitation and exploration information system (IS) or information technology (IT) usage for daily business activity. You are invited to participate and your participation in this study is voluntary. Completion of the questionnaire indicates your consent to participate. The survey should only take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

The target respondents for this research study are working adults population ranging from age 18 to 60 years who use IS / IT for their daily business activity.

All completed survey will be treated as confidential. In addition, the report of this study will only show statistical summaries of the findings and group data will be presented and published.
