Hi Mac User / Guru.
Really need help on this. Don't even know what to type to search in Google. Couldn't find any related pages in Google maybe due to I didnt type in the correct keywords.

Okay here is the issue.
I have a user which he had created a powerpoint in windows PC. He then tried to open the powerpoint file in his MacBook, well he could open without problems, but the the thing is, he couldn't see the color box in the powerpoint as what he had created in the windows powerpoint.

I tried to open in my macbook, and yes, I can view those color box in my macbook, so there is no problem with the pptx files.

Here I have attached some image for reference.

*Good example on my own macbook

*Good example on my own macbook

*Failed to view the color box

*Failed to view the color box

From the uploaded image, you can clearly see the difference of the color box.

Another thing is that, if I drag a windows to the diagram, you can see a slight shade of the color box.

Hope any Mac Guru can provide a guidance.
