Somebody changed my password

Yes I know I'm super dumb not changing my streamyx password for years. Maybe I just couldn't imagine what benefit will that sucker get from changing people's account password.

Anyway I've called to customer service and have it reset to the default one; however after logging in https://tmbill.tm.net.my/ I could only change the password for tmbill login but not the connection and webmail service. In fact I couldn't even login webmail with the default password currently.

I'm gonna call the customer service once more tonight after work but what I'd like to ask is how can I prevent this from happening again? Btw the password changing happened in the afternoon because the last time I online before that was around 2pm.

I don't know whether it's appropriate to post this, but seeing Maxsoft also as the local distributor in Malaysia, maybe we can get some for MV counter if Maxsoft import Wii into Singapore at a fairer price?

Yesasia doesn't take special order, PA ignored my letter , Foreign TT via Maybank2u has a minimum quantity RM250...

Now the only site which takes special order and at the same time accepts paypal that I found is buygame2.com. Anyone tried it before?
