Need recommendation to repair Dell laptop

H all, as per subject title, if anyone can provide good references to repair laptops in Klang Valley area, that will be much appreciated. This is for my son's laptop which unfortunately got spilled over by water, so now cannot power up at all. I have asked Dell service and they said minimum to replace the motherboard and LCD with total cost of over rm1.8k! So now I'm looking for alternatives. Also wondering why need to replace LCD too??

As per subject title, I'm still undecided. Spec wise looks to be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (current promotion price can get as low as rm765 MY set) but my son says it's the Huawei Honor 6x coz it got better cameras (can get for rm888 MY set on current promotion) . Or any other phones that are better than those 2?
