Advise needed...

Hi All,

I am currently 25 and i have a good job and i am currently doing my career enhancement by getting more knowledge and skill in my Job field.
I have a girl friend who is same age with me and we have engaged for 2 years. Now, i been offered a few good opportunity to work in another country and i believe that i can earn more and guaranteed a good career development but my current girl friend is not happy with this. I have rejected the job offers because of her. Due to this, some questions has run into my mind:

“Will you stay with a girl who cant understand you and trying to stop you for to accept a good job just because she is feeling insecure and worry that you will leave her?"

I have tried to make her understand that i am placing career as my primary goal in my current stage of life and i trying to let her understand that i do all this is because i want t give us a better future, a better family and can provide a good quality education for our children but seems like she can't accept it. And i planned to register with her so that she will have confident with me and we can working together to earn a better living and she still not able to accept that and claiming that i am selfish to leave her alone in Malaysia for few years. Now, i really feel very unhappy and imbalance deep in my heart because what can i do and what she demanded i have tried my very best to fulfill it but it returning such a treatment from her. I start to feel that we are not going in the same direction and she cant understand me. She always claims that she can’t understand what i am thinking and vice versa. Besides, she always said that she has sacrifice a lot for me and trying to make me feel guilty if i want to break up with her and blaming me that i not love her enough. I am really sicked of her. I don’t know what to do next and i am suffering.

She also shows a big controlling habit, she is checking my email, Hanphone call log behind me and saying that it is her authority to check that and it is a responsibility of a girl friend and i am feeling WTF! it is the first time i encountered such a shameless statement...well u know, argument was there. But the main point is, i never betray her and infact, i have tried to don’t contact some of my girl buddies because i know she not like that and some of my friend approached me and ask me why i became so anti-social recently. She is not respecting my privacy. If you are me, will you feel angry? oh did i forget to mention that she even login into my msn and pretending she is me and chat and scold my ex-gf, my friend and whoever she think that has threat to her. This happened around 3 months ago and i have forgive her by understand that she is too care about me but i really don’t know when will this happen again.

Recurrence Bubble and Rust on Car roof

Hi All,

I am driving a Satria 97 and i am facing a recurrence bubble and rust problem on my car roof although i have once repair and removed the bubbles before (in Year 2008). I knew there is 2 ways to solve this problem and one of them is replace a new roof but the cost of this method will gonna kill me because it cost around rm2000 include labour cost.

Another way is repair with fibre. Is anyone used this method to repair the roof before? can you share the information of :

1. Cost of repair
2. Where is your solution provider and contact detail
3. The result of this repair, will it re-occur again after certain period like my case?

Anyone is working in EDS Cyberjaya? Did the company doing well during this economic crisis?
i have been offered a job by this company last month and i am in Dilemma because i feel that is not a right time to switch job during this reccession time.

Would be appreciate if anyone who are ex-EDS staff or current staff can answer my answer below:

1. What do you think about the working environment of EDS Cyberjaya?
2. Did EDS Cyber offer any performance bonus/ Contractor bonus?

Recently i was offered a job by an Oil and Gas MNC and I am in dillemma now

Here's the comparison:

Current Job:

Job Title: MIS Executive
Employment: Permanent
Salary: Rm2400 + bonus (2-4 months per annum)
Benefit: Free Japanese Class, 1% Car loan subsidy, Uniform provided
Years of Experience: 1 Year
Job Function: Do all works related to computers, ROJAK (Network, system, user support etc)
Work Location: Very near to my house, 5 minutes by car

New Offered Job:

Job Title: Network Analyst
Employment: Contract
Salary: Rm3000 (No bonus)
Benefit: No benefit direct from this MNC because it is contract-based
Job Function: Specified in Computer Networking
Work Location: Nearby KLCC, have to relocate

Satria 1.3 Engine Transplant- Need help

All SIFU. I have a satria 1.3 and planning to convert it to 1.5 wira 4g15 but my mechanic keep telling me it is not worth for it because it will took me around rm2500 to 3k for the engine, installtion and JPJ approval.

Reason to change my engine:
(1)I found that the engine number is not the same on my car grant! OMG, i dont know why this can happen on me ! i worry i cant claim the car insurance if i get car accident because the engine number is diffrent.

(2)Besides, i also knew that this will troublesome me when i want to sell my car because the JPJ sure will check the engine number to see whether it is match with the car grant or not.

I still have 2 more years for the installment and my roof already "berkarat" and bocor and it will need rm700++ to replace the gum insite the roof and a new roof+ roof spray.

This car really troublesome me! Any comment guys? Repair and change the engine or just let it be and dun waste any money on it and buy a nother car after two years?

Cant Format Pendrive. Need help!

As the topic above, when i try to format my 2GB pendrive by right clik it in my computer and click on "Format", there is no respone at all....

anyone know how to solve this?
i have try to google this but i cant find any solution so i hope there are someone can help me on this...

Need VCD embeded DAT Player software

Hi, i need a software which can autorun the DAT file in the VCD in PC and VCD Player.
I have saw this file in the old days VCD which usually embeded with a simple DAT file player with an interface which looks like a real VCD player.

This kind of embeded VCD player is hardly to find on recent VCD. Anyone has source of this software, please share with me..thanks

I need to use this software to burn a VCD which is autorun-able on PC(windows xp and vista as well) and VCD player. Actually i have done a autorun VCD only for pc and a autorun VCD for VCD player. I cant make a VCD which is autorun on both pc and vcd player.

Cisco Aironet Client Adapters Installation

Hi, i have install a Cisco aironet wireless Lan Client Adapters on my pc.
It works well but when i restart the computer, it will hang at the windows XP loading screen. The blue progress bar will stop and cant load into the Windows.

The only way for me to solve this is pull out the card and wait untill the Windows boot successfully and then plug it into the PCI slot again.
Anyone know what is the reason to cause this happen and what is the solution to solve this.

Job Dilemma-Need Advise

I am a fresh graduate and working in a manufacturing company as IT Exec for 5 months. Recently i just got a job offer from a small firm for position System Engineer. Below is my comparison for these jobs.

IT Exec(My currenty job)

PROs
-HiGood pay, >rm2000 for fresh graduate
-No office politic
-Good benefit - i was given bonus although i am under probation, car subsidy,medical card and FOC japanese course
-friendly colleagues, happy working environment
-company very near my house(5 minutes can reach)
-got chance to enhance learn japenese because have to support japanese user
-provide uniform and safety boot

CONs
-My gf is same dept with me(OMG, i wan to escape )
-not job function is not really professional, boring- even a diploma holder also able to do my job
-boring

System Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Involved pre-sales and post-sales activities
-Provide onsite field consulting, training, implementation services and support.
-Responsible for meeting project schedules,
-coordinate implementation, developing project plans and schedules.
-Identifying customer needs and building strong customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Communicate with customers to ensure expectations are properly managed.
-Make strong technical contributions and decision to the technical aspect of the projects

CONs
-the company is only a small firm, even my dept also large than it
-the LCLY interviewers who think they are superior than the others will be my direct senior(i am sicked of this)
-very far from my house (at least 40 minutes by using LDP)
-the offered salary is much lower than my current salary (less rm400)

I need you advise, especially from those who expericed in changing job. May i know what is the main reason to make u change job?
If you are me, will you accept the offeR?

heloo....is anyone here has a free .PST file repair or recovery software?
Or anyone know how to repair a microsoft corrupted personal folder file(.PST)
Please help because one of my outlook(2gb) pst file was corrupted
pelase help~

i search in google and download several shareware which only allow me to scan the error but canot recover the whole 2GB pst file. So lame .....no $$ to buy the software and feel not worthy to buy a >rm100 software just to repair a single PST file

scanpst.exe come with microsoft office was used to scan but returned with no errors.

SAP SUMMIT 2007 at KLCC

I am very intresting to study SAP Basis there (because i m doing as network and application administrator in a company which using SAP Ecc 5.0 and involve MM,FI,SD and PP module. So i think with the Official cert in SAP BASIS frm SAP will be an advantage for me.

Anyone who take this course before?

from the flyer i get there...a complete course for SAP basis will cost around 20k after 20% discount. HSBC also provide study loan for this....so do you think it is worth to take it? as i know, you can be a SAP consultant once you get complete the couse and pass the exam and you are guaranteed to be hired by SAP consultant frim liek accenture. So, any SAP consultant here?can share your experience and the basic salary you earn as a SAP consultant.

heloo ...

recently i buy a second hand satria with 1.3 cc. Before i buy this car, i think 1.3 is fine for me since i drive proton iswara 1.3 cc for years already and i am satisfy with it's performance. The nightmare come when i drive my satria especially there has passengers on my car, wow--i feel like my car move like tortise and the acceleration is damn pariah..so i am planning to convert my 1.3 cc to 1.5. Before tht i would to know any 1.3 satria owner has face this situation before and i will reallyu pleased if u could provide me some suggestion on how to raise up the fxxxking engine performance. one more thing is--any suggestion for engine coz i budget for it is below rm1500(wondering enough for it or not)

one more question, is the engine hp will affect the air conditioner performance or not?i found tht my air cond only perform well at night. i will feel i am driving a owen when i drive my car in noon..help ~~any experience or expert please give me some suggestion

Hi..

i want to delete a text file called 1.txt which is located in C:/try1.
as we know we can simply delete it with command del c:/try1/1.

is there any command which allow us to delete the file 1.txt without entering the folder name try1 due to the folder name may change frequently and it is so messy every time i have to delete the files manually. I plan to do a batch file so that everytime it can run automaticly to avoid the repeating job

Well i just heard it from my FM this morning and i am not very sure of that so i reconfirm in the Internet News and i found this.I wonder why UM status will drop again?it just out of top 100 in year 2005 and get rank 192 in 2006.It almost out of top 200 this year.I am sad of it coz i m undergarad of UM. wat happen to malaysia higher education!!i m quite worry for future of my career now.

if i have a attached file (pdf,excel,word) saved inside the database , how to use vb to attach the file into the word file which will be generated later.Is that possible?
