Advice For First Property

Recently I found interest with Subang Grand SS13 SOFO unit. What's in my mind is that I wanted to start up with what I could afford for now, and sell/rent out in future if I got enough capacity to go for what I want.

This is my very first time in property.

Planned to get a property for own stay around Subang.

Any Sifu can give me some advice whether should I go for Subang Grand or landed property around 450k (e.g SS19) or Main Place or Rhythm Avenue USJ 19.

Is the GST 6% worth for the location (The Grand Subang)?
