Guys,I need help.I dropped my smg glx s advance jst nw and the sim card was said to have been removed and required me to reboot my hp.But then it just wont come alive,I can only make emergency calls.Any pro please help me out..tolongggg.thanks manggg!

vaio E series experiencing lag

I just bought my vaio e-series this year around 2 months plus ago.All this while,I've been tolerating with some lagging experiences such as:1.music-listening doesn't run smooth(itunes).It's like there's a gap in between for 0.5 second playing just one song.2,freeze at times even though I didn't open too many programmes.3,lags when playing games like fifa 12.3,sometimes it just crashes down and I have to unplug.(i'm all-time plugged in user).Any advice on this?And by the way,if it has something to do with me not using notebook cooler,pls do suggest some??Thanks in advanced for any constructive advices .
