Need Advice on next Career Choice

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in a dilemma position and need some advice as to should i do next?

I'm currently working as IT executive in one of the small company for 4 years, I tendered my resignation recently and the reason is mainly due to my direct superior.

He has been constant disrespect and shouting at me whenever i approach him to ask some questions (I know it is normal to get shout at, but certainly there's limit to this).
After i tender resignation, my HR approached me and asked if I'm interested to join security department as there's a position opening soon.
However, doing internal transfer means that i still have to deal with my superior. (although is lesser but still need to work along with him).

I also got a new offer from another new company B as software specialist which they require me to start the job asap. I'm not sure what does the career path as that specific software specialist has in the future.

I would love to hear some feedback everyone.

Need IT Expert Advice

Hi to all IT expert/guru, need your good advice! Im lost in IT Industry!

I graduate in Business IT field. have done some technical support during intern. i have some experience in security field but no cert.

i like to do installation, patching etc. like server, storage, database network kind of job i think?

Installation Engineer? network engineer? what kind of certification should i get?

Iphone 5 Green dot on the screen?

Hi, i just bought my iphone 5 one month ago and now its showing a green dot on my iphone .

anyone experience this as well?? its a really small green dot beside the time bar.

i have jailbroken it. my question is should i restore it back to original version before sending it back to maxis? or i can just send it to them for replacement?

if is not big deal i would just ignore it, but will it get worse since i think is LCD problem?
