Question about Caveat/ Master title transfer fee

I just recently look at Aman Heights which is still on Master title, currently I on the booking stage and I have some question in my mind.

I can't find any answer from google, so might as well ask the sifu here

So , these are my question.
1) Can I file a caveat on the house transfer and loan settlement? Is it useful to do so on Master Title?

2) If I settle the Stamp Duty on deed of assignment upon signing S&P agreement, how much do I need to pay for title transfer once the title was released by the developer? Will I be charge another big sum of amount for title transfer?

I'll post more if I have more question.

Streamyx service question

I have been applying for Streamyx since 23/3/2010, that time TMpoint staff tells me that I might need to wait till June for the service. However, till now I still haven got the service, although I got the application number and they told me to call 100 to check on application status. The problem is I don't have a homeline to begin with. Does any agent could help me check on the application status? this location-> Pangsapuri Cahaya Permai, Seri Kembangan. Thanks. It's kinda annoying that I have to go TMpoint every month.
