I'm helping my landlord to rent out my current room as I'm moving out soon, it's one of the middle room of 1360sqft unit of Kelana Mahkota.
Rental is inclusive internet and utilities.
Room comes with fan, lighting, table and chair.
The unit is furnished with water heater, fridge, stove for light cooking and washing machine.
And the landlord prefer Chinese ( no offense ) and to move in early of July.
