If yes, can you share your experience on the maintenance cost, repair cost, spare part cost when you own this car ?

185/60/14 Tyres

Currently using Yokohama A-Drive tyre, 185/60/14.
My driving mileage is low, which my previous tyres used for 4 years and still have thread and starting to have dry rot.
I would like to maintain this tyre size, 185/60/14 (no upside, thank you).
My preference is on Wet & Dry performance as my priority due to Safety come first.
Some workshop worker suggest Yokohama C-Drive 2 or Toyo Nano-Energy 3, which is better ?
Which tyres do you recommend ?
Please suggest me.....
