Unifi Installation Charges Question

Hi,

Just a quick question because I need to verify the installation charges done on me is legit, recently got myself the 100Mbps package.

So, I was charged RM260 for installation for;
- RM60 (First 10 Meter)
- RM200 (The next 20 Meter)

So that doesn't make sense, the place I requested to install isn't that far from outside house and it's roughly 5 Meter min, if the cable already goes inside it already count as standard installation right?

Because from TMpoint people, the girl said the installation charges should range from RM100-200.

Anyone here can share their installation fees?

Just need some input to verify if it's a legit charges.

Visa Overstay, what will happen?

Hi,

As per tittle, what will happen if I overstay for Visa?

This is my first time applying VISA, so the stupid me didnt think much when filling in the form for VISA application and wrote down 7 days instead of utilizing the maximun duration of VISA social and then pay RM200-300 for it.

Problem is, I thought it will be 7 days, but I forgot to count the day I arrive so it will be 8 days so I will be overstaying for 1 days.

The country Im visiting has a 30 day VISA on-arrival free for Malaysian.

So what will happen?

Do I need to go early to airport on the 8th day to solve it, Im scared that they will hold me until I miss my flight.

How much truth is there when your partner threaten to suicide?

I've recently broke off with a girl (her fault), she threaten to kill herself if I went through and date another women and begging to get back together.

She did threaten me once through a video chat call, showing a knife and all.

So, is it a bluff?

I dont want to be responsible for someone's death

I never encounter this before, how to minimize the damage so that she avoid thinking like that?

I blocked her from Whatsapp, normal call and message, Instagram, and have been communicating her only through facebook messenger (unfriend).

Excessive sweating

Hi,

So I have this issue of constant excessive sweating.

Whenever I start to workout, my body will sweat easier. I don't mind sweating hard while Im at Gym but my body produce sweats easier even during my daily routine.

Like yesterday, I went to Gym at 2pm-3pm+, went Shopping at Hypermarket with my GF at 6pm and after a while I started to sweat while pushing the trolley in an air-conditioned place

The sweat starts little, after a while It start to pour more and more, and it makes me so anxious to the point I have a hardtime to have a conversation looking at her face and paying for the grocery.

This doesn't happen when I stop workout for a while, I won't sweat like crazy.

Do I need to reduce my water intake during Gym?

I always bring 2.8L (Fills it at 3L I think) to the GYM, sometimes I can even finish it all.

Am I drinking the water wrong? I don't I forced myself to drink, when Im exhaust, I drink, when I feel dehydrated, I drink.

How do I fix this, this issue is affecting my social problems, Im not a shy person, but whenever this sweating starts I sure as hell become so shy.

Water Spilled on Computer

Hi,

So recently I careless spilled some plain water on top of the PC, Im using the box type casing and I removed the upper lid so the water kinda hit directly to the PC.

When the water hit, nothing happened until 5 seconds and the monitor goes black screen and the PC turn off automatically.

I tried turning it ON but it doesnt work.

So I let it dry itself for a full day and turn it and it still wont turn ON until I remove the GPU card, now it's working.

So right now the GPU is damaged, is it possible to send to a shop and repair it?

UPDATE (SOLVED): After 1 month of leaving the GPU unplugged (From 25.9.2017), I've tested it today (2.11.2017) and it works again!!

*I left the casing open like this the last time, never again

Internet Usage Lies?

Hi,

Just need some of your views on this issue.

I've changed my Telco from Celcom RM48 3GB plan to DIGI RM78 10GB Plan for 2-3 months now.

I usually used up all the 3GB quota at the 20th day or just right if Im carefull.

When I uses 10GB plan, it never finishes because I always use WIFI.

But something caught my attention when my I went back to kampung during RAYA for holiday.

10GB quota finish in few days during RAYA, and then I top-up 8GB for RM10 (7 Days), but then I check my phone internet usages, it says I've only been using around 7GB of internet.

Let's say Im using this TELCO broadband, the software writes that I've been using 40GB for the last 30month. But when I viewed the internet usage via Windows 10 it writes only 25GB worth of internet usage used.

Is there lying involves?

My friend said 4G drains data quickly, but what does it drain?

How does downloading an image of 10MB drains (4G) compared to (3G)?

I've start downloading phone apps to monitor closely if DIGI has been lying about my internet usage.

For an example,
Both readings start at the same time.

Rent Room Problem

Hi,

Currently Im facing an issue with the agent of the room Im renting.

Im renting a small room.

He ( Mr. A/the Agent/working near Bukit Bintang) and the other guy (Mr. B/his friend/studying at some college at Sunway) was staying inside the Master room until they find someone to rent.

I've been renting the room from December, both of these people seems nice.

This month, I stayed at Johor for 3 weeks and when I returned the main door and my room door lock has been changed. Mr. A even put all his stuff inside my room (nothing is stolen).

Im pissed (after shouting and cussing at Mr.A through the phone), so I straight away pack my stuff and return to KL.

I demand him to return this month rent and my deposit.
Total : RM1450

Well,

Today I just heard one of the biggest PLOT TWIST ever.

Apparently, it's not Mr. B who stole the 5K but it was Mr. A that stole around 10k!!

He stole the money by collecting rent every month and not passing it to the owner (Mr. A uncle) or something like that.

I've chat with Mr. A before and he said give him 2 month to return my deposit, but I said cant, so he shorten it to 10 days.

Today, Mr. B messaged me and ask me if i left the room, to which I replied asking if he really did stoke the 5K and he didn't.

Yesterday Mr. A already went back to his country, today I tried to call for deposit but cant (Phone no service etc.) .

Luckily, Mr. B only realised Mr. A stole the money just now and agreed to return my deposit.

So Im thinking of getting a punching bag, I'd prefer the one that doesn't need to attach to wall/ceiling but unfortunately it's too expensive for me.

What do I need to look out for when purchasing a punching bag?

I saw one punching bag costing around RM329 and the other one RM150-200.
Is there that much difference in term of durability and quality or the higher price was simply a branding price?

The story;
- There is couple that is currently engaged and already prepared for wedding
- The girl is friends with my friend (girl)
- The three went out together (numerous times)
- The guy secretly tried to ask for my friends phone number but she rejected
- The guy said he misses her, and tell if the wedding didnt work he'll go to my friend
- So, my friend start ignoring both the girl and the guy
- She think the best solution is to keep quiet

The thing is, if he's that bold to do it while being engaged Im sure he can cheat while married.

What is the best solution to deal with this problem?
