Buy new baby grand piano in Malaysia

My three kids actually stick with their music lessons all these years (eldest is still going after 7 years), so I think it's about time to upgrade their instrument.

They are using a 30 years old hand-me-down upright piano from my sister (weird brand name I can't even find on the net). Technician fixed the regulations (I don't know what it means BTW) 7 years ago when my eldest started using it, but during most recent tuning the technician recommended me getting another piano.

My budget is around Rm40k. I did a bit of searching on the net. I like the idea of a new baby grand piano.

This is what I gather so far:
Hailun HG 150se (wagner music)
Weber W150 (yc music)
Ritmuller (which model?) (Bentley music)
Yamaha GB1K (yamaha music everywhere) / Kawai GL10 (where?) (both seems expensive?)

I am a noob in piano. Appreciate any feedback from all of you.
My plan is to bring my kids to try these out after MCO over.
Thanks.

Folks,
Please recommend some good tuition teachers for STPM Maths and Accounting, preferably near PJ SS2.

I personally live near segambut and have heard good things about Cekap near Taman Desa, but that is not an option for my niece who live in PJ.

Really appreciate your help.

Ethernet Wiring Contractor for Home

I am in a process of doing a major renovation for my house (double storey link).
Have a good contractor already.
One of the things that I always want to address once-and-for-all is the home network wiring.
Previously in my old home I make do with wireless network, range extender, etc.
But now since I'm embarking on a major renovation, I'm thinking maybe will be a good idea to wire the house up with proper cat6 or cat5e cable. The problem is my contractor has zero idea on how to do this (he doesn't even know the different type of cable, so ... )

So could anyone recommend a good contractor?
I could probably ask my office IT to recommend someone, but I think they normally do office network, not sure if they will want to be hassled with a double storey link house

2012 is coming to an end, and Christmas is in the air
What are the new features we wish to see in laptops that are going to be launched in 2013?
I am ever hopeful Even though it may never happen

Let me shoot it off:

1. Ultrabook that last for 10+ hours under normal usage.
2. More HD+ (1600x900) screen in 14 / 15" consumer lines. More matte won't hurt as well.
3. More A-10 models, preferably below RM1.5k.
4. Asus Malaysia change its warranty service provider I am not sure if I can resist the U500 if it launch
