advice on cancel order

Dear forumers,

I would like to receive advice on following:-

I sent my car to repair in Perodua Service Center. After inspection, they give a list of spare part to order. I have originally agreed to let them order some of the spare part from perodua factory verbally. After 2 days, I found that price are significant higher than other alternative suppliers from outsiders. I decided to cancel order and source my own supply. I was told by the service center that the order have arrived and cannot be cancelled. Since the items are ready made stock, I think the service center shall able to return to their factory and charge a cancellation fee or delivery fees. Beside, they have not install the part as well.

Is my right as consumer under this circumstance protected? Is the 7 days cooling off period also apply in car repair especially when repair has not actually started? Or I shall just pay for whatever wrong decision that I made earlier?

My car is a 10 years old Kembara. Market value only 7k. The repair cost is 5.5k. It is crazy and I can get it repaired outside for less than 2k.
