what are current trend to implement in office invironment regarding IT workspace

This year already use IP Phone and some of the new system.

1) No covered area while queueing to get in, cannot bring umbrella, we followed the rule and got wet in rain. Went to speak to the crews who were sitting under the tent,telling em its raining, isit possible to let us in earlier by 15-30min since it was already 5.30pm, and this indian guy (fat, spiky hair, pimp looking) rudely asked me "what do u want me to do?", I got pissed with the arrogance, the crews at the entrance can't even handle the crowd politely, they got panick when the crowd squeezed/'shared' the tent with em. Very unprofessional, berlagak bagus, poyo, I am very disappointed. We didn't pay to get wet,ok?

2)Waiting time felt like freaking forever! Why did so-called kyoto protocol performed 2-3 songs and diandra junaidi performed about 5songs?! so many songs? We were there to watch yuna! And what took them so long to tune? What happened during sound check? I was tracking the time, Yuna only came out at 9.30pm! We waited so long, came at 5.30pm (some came earlier!), and there was this olay guy making an opening speech at 8.30pm, followed by dreadful opening acts for about and hour! We basically waited about 5hours for the real show to start. I have been to Yuna's concert at Dewan Philharmonic Petronas and the Auditorium DBKL, she was
always punctual, but this time was disappointing. Regardless the traffic jam, that's a very lame excuse. I honestly lost all the interest/excitement, moreover getting all drenched and shivering, and yes, vip stage was far.

In all very disappointing, so little songs sang by yuna. I saw her performance in singapore (b4 performing in penang) on youtube, she sang Come as you are, thinking about you (despite the error she made), why didn't she sing those songs (in penang) as well? I remember she mentioned 'come as you are' on the stage during the homecoming concert in penang, but ended up she didn't sing that song. *sigh*

I really dun feel worth paying RM393 for such a lousy show/seats/shivering in cold. Her previous shows in kl are better. I feel like she took this homecoming for granted, sambil lewa like that. Sum penangites may think it was awesome but they haven't seen yuna's previous shows -e.g dewan philharmonic petronas and auditorium dbkl, those shows are unbelievably breathtaking, In fact, i fell in love with her live show eversince watching those 2shows. Yuna, please buck up! Sayang kalau slack mcm nihh.
