Hid fog lamp kit

Dear sifu...

need some advise on the HID kit.
i plan to change the fog lamp to HID 3k temp, can anyone share me the size of the HID kit incase i bought it wrong. it'll be great can share me the price of the kits and the installation fees if pasang outside.

Can a Honda Accord CA5 (1989 model) implant with H22A in Malaysia? i found some link in US but not in here.
