Alto still can handle it well d fact it is only 1.0.

But anyone can advice if Alto can go up to Fraser Hill? (Using/exit Kuala Kubu Bharu)... Is the road to steep for alto to climb?

Just wanna make sure.

Dear sifus,

I need to know if TL-R470T+ support unifi? The price quite affordable.

I'm thinking to replace it with stock TM Router.

Setup as below:

TM ZTE Modem > TL-R470T+ > Cisco unmanaged 24 ports switch x2 > PCs/Printers etc.

Unifi Biz5 as Office Network

Dear all,

My office network currently using Unifi Biz5 package as our main internet/LAN connection network.
Setup as usual : ZTE > Asus Router/TM Router (SET to DHCP) > 24 port switches >PCs

Situation here is, internet/LAN is up but randomly intermittent. Meaning so sudden no internet. Had to on and off both ZTE and router, then the internet is back online. When internet kinda like "hang"....the lights at modem and router seems ok (DSL,Internet LAn etc) all green.

So, I need to know if the problem can come from 24 port switches (still new, vendor installed early 2011) or the unifi connection itself (line/MDF Room etc/Port)???

Or this is related to due Biz5 Dynamic IP and need Fix IP?

Anyone facing similar situation? Already changed ZTE BTU modem to new, test with asus, TPLINK and default TM router..still the same issue.

I have a mailserver with 1MBps 1 fixed IP.

let say the fixed IP is 60.185.175.90. And when i type webmail.name.com.my , it will point to the fixed 60.185.175.90.

So i want to point another address let say contact.name.com.my so it can be accessible outside not just local. Can i point the address to the same IP or need another diff fixed IP?

Thank you,

Model: Cisco AIR-AP1242G-A-K9

I have one unit of the above model working and running now. But it was a used unit and configured by someone else.
I just need to change the SSID to another and how do I accomplish this?

Read in the net that it requires Cisco Console Cable. But let say my PC dont have any COM port to connect, how to tackle this?

Thank you,

Hi guys,

Will move to a new house soon...so I'm looking for a gud n budget LCD TV rather thn the bulky CRT type.
