Handling fees when buying car

hi, im trying to get a new car.. and plan not to get a bank loan.. but loan from family...
is it common that the car agent will ask for extra Rm500-800 handling fees because didnt take loan?
i was told if take loan, the bank will pay this handling fee...

can anyone help advise?

Direct water

hi,
l like to convert my 1st floor to direct water but that may mean potential leaks if main water pressure is too high
been checking out online and saw that can install a water pressure regulator so that the house pipes will not see too high water pressure

any experience from the sifus here?

Need some advise here
I've started hacking of one of my bedroom walls to open up a large window around 8x8 ft
When my contractor just start slight work, the neighbour came n complain the hacking cause their glass shower screen to break.
But the hacking work is not on the wall directly next to neighbour.
Contractor want to go take a look on the spot but neighbour did not allow. So what to do? Neighbour want me to pay him for replacement. N want hold my deposit with developer. Help help

Concrete work top

Just to check if anyone has done up concrete work top (without the usual 2x2 tiles). Most contractors do not offer this. Commented concrete is porous and hard to maintain.
