            <description>hi, im trying to get a new car.. and plan not to get a bank loan.. but loan from family...&lt;br /&gt;is it common that the car agent will ask for extra Rm500-800 handling fees because didnt take loan?&lt;br /&gt;i was told if take loan, the bank will pay this handling fee...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;can anyone help advise?</description>

            <title>Help on reno</title>

            <description>Need some advise here&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve started hacking of one of my bedroom walls to open up a large window around 8x8 ft&lt;br /&gt;When my contractor just start slight work, the neighbour came n complain the hacking cause their glass shower screen to break.&lt;br /&gt;But the hacking work is not on the wall directly next to neighbour. &lt;br /&gt;Contractor want to go take a look on the spot but neighbour did not allow. So what to do? Neighbour want me to pay him for replacement. N want hold my deposit with developer. Help help</description>
