Odd divident amount per share

Hi folks,

Suppose I have a share with price RM 3.41, the declared dividend per share is 4.5 sen.

However, on the ex-date, the starting price is RM 3.36 which is a 5 sen gap from 3.41. But I'm only receiving 4.5 sen/share. So where does the 0.5 sen go?

Sorry to sound (I'm probably am) cheapskate but this has been lingering on my mind for sometime.

Which web hosting company offers domain name registration as well as having a good connection to UK,and Malaysia as well ?

This is because I expect my most site visitors to come from UK,therefore having a UK based server will be better.And I don't want any problem accessing my site's control panel.My budget is around RM 150 a year,including domain name (.com)
