Low Interest Loan

Wish to get advice from expert, whether there is bank that give low interest personal loan like arnd 5% or less, and not limit to salary x10 one, (coz my salary is peanut), I know this is bnm requirement, but else I can't get the amount I need between 200-400k, as I just going to start business, all the sme loan need like few years in operation, I think not possible I can get. I am private sector employee currently btw.

Srsly I have no use for the 10gb, coz I'm unlimited, but the problem is I bought the rm0 30 days IQiyi throught maxis tv website, but after install IQiyi app, and login with the same phone number, IQiyi still show no VIP, what to do? any sifu here can help?

I have no idea what spec is essential. Mainly to store fruits, cold drinks, some homemade deserts, and maybe meat when I learn how to cook in future.
Budget no idea, as low as possible without sacrificing important features.
