Medical Checkup

Hi guys

I am 28 years old and aside from pre employment health screening, haven't been to a proper full body medical checkup.

So I think it is about time to go for one but I am pretty noob at this obviously, so if you guys don't mind give me some tips on the following :

1. What packages should I go for?
2. How frequent should a middle aged person go for checkup in a year.
3. Where should I go to for the checkup? Clinic? Hospital? etc (I went to BP Healthcare for pre-employment screening btw)
4. How much should I expect to pay for a checkup? Or maybe you can guide me on the reasonableness of market prices

Utilities bills unsettled by Tenants

Hi guys, I was wondering whether what would happen if my tenant goes on not paying the utilities for a period of few months. The problem now is that the bills are registered under my name. What would the implications for me if it continues to go unpaid. The obvious one being a cut in supply in electricity, but I also heard things like it might leave a bad mark on my CCRIS... Is this true? Hopefully property sifus out there can help out, thanks in advance!!

Problem with monitor

Guys would like you to have a look at the picture I attached. Apparently it seems there is a thick line across the middle of the monitor, and the color is noticeably paler then the rest of the screen. Would like to ask whether this is a monitor defect, and anyway of fixing it aside from a last resort rma? Been using it pretty much flawlessly for a few months until few days ago when the line started appearing. Thanks!

Where and How to Start learning piano again?

Having a loooong hiatus from playing the piano (about 15 years), I have a sudden renewed interest in relearning the piano. So would appreciate some opinions/suggestions from the pros out there on where and how I should jump start those rusty fingers again.

Just a few questions :
1. Is it advisable to self learn for now, or start taking private lessons?

2. Is buying a digital piano still ill advised in year 2017 as compared to their upright counterparts? I have seen some reviews that modern digital piano hammer actions feels pretty close to upright/grand's.

3. What would be a good starting point for a decent piano whether new/used?

4. Any material/technique that would be suitable to train the fingers to a decent playing state again?
