Found out panel workshop forged my signature

I crashed my Yamaha motorcycle back in November 2021, and my bike has been in the workshop for quite sometime, I've been asking on the progress from time to time and the reason they gave me was there was a parts shortage, around February 2022, i asked them why does it have to take this long? gave me a letter of consent for "contract repair" to sign for the claim of RM21,000. Reluctantly and feeling fishy about all that, I asked them about why I have to sign this now, and they assured me that this is to speed things up and I need not worry and just sign it.

So around April 2022 I asked on my bike's progress and why my parts still haven't arrived?? They say still no parts, even gave me the phone number to HLYM's parts department, but the phone number is a dead end, nobody ever picks up the phone. B they workshop tells me now that Thailand has opened up their borders, they say they gonna order from Thailand for me to speed things up. and if I need the bike that urgently, they will just installed the bike with "used" parts for me first to use, I told them no need la, later need send back to install back lagi, no need lah, I rather have the bike returned to me in the completed form.

In early May 2022, they tell me my motorcycle is done installed except for 3 more parts, and insists to send the bike to me, I told them no need but they sent anyways ask me to test it see how. Asks me to sign a letter of acceptance also which I refused because the bike wasn't complete, I'm sure as hell not gonna sign that shit.

So they sent the bike to me anyways and the first thing I do is to strip check the bike, everything was wrong with the bike! stuffs not installed properly, rear brake light all broken mounts with just 1 screw holding the light to the frame, screws missing and replaced with some random screws here and there (even places that aren't affected by the crash), even fake part was found. Of course I was furious, whatsapp all the shit to them, with photos and videos of everything wrong. They say will come collect the bike from me since I'm not satisfied with the repairs, ask me to ride around on it first. A few days later I received an SMS asking how was my rating of the claim, I'm like WTF? Does this means the insurance company is done with me???

Until June 2022 they only come collect the bike, which I never rode it except for about 4 km I test the bike for problems. Now they took the bike until now July 2022 already I asked on the progress they told me they are working on it, so I went there 3 days after I asked them without telling them and I saw my bike was just left behind the workshop storage area with a bunch of other motorcycles, nothing was done on the bike, NOTHING! Of course I was mad, a lady from the office tells me the person in charge wasn't around that day, and basically like telling to stop wasting my time here, she ain't got nothing for me here.

Its until a friend told me to call up the insurance company to ask because the workshop could BS me, the insurance side is obliged to tell me the truth, they cannot lie to me as their policy holder. So I just emailed them after failing to reach their customer call hotline (which is shit to navigate), they called me the very next day and ask me of my problems. From that call, I found out that "I" have signed a letter of consent of contract repair with that workshop for RM20,160 and also the form of acceptance that my bike has been repaired and I'm satisfied, which I never did.

This morning the boss of the workshop and the insurance adjuster called me, which I think this case has blown up. So what are my options now?

My father say find a lawyer coz they forged my signature. Which I wanna ask back, what would I gain from doing that?

How good/bad is Maxis Fibre?

Hi guys, I'm currently using the UnifiBiz plan 30mbps and turbo'ed to 300mbps. I believe my contract just finished and the price went up to 329 per month, kinda feel pissed with the price especially compare to Maxis Fibre's.

Also, I heard Maxis allows Business addresses to get subscribed to Home lines. (I'm staying in a shop-house)

But kinda sceptical with their services, I heard lots of bad stuffs, like slow customer support, and cannot torrent, etc...

Appreciate it if you guys could shed some light here.
