Dedicated to all the boys in /K/

Dedicated to all the boys in /K/

I hardly opened a tered. my last one was 2 years ago

I came across this interesting tweet yesterday. Read till the end and please , share your view on this matters ( if u have any )

--------------------

1. Women are hypergamous. This means all women's sexual attraction is correlated to a Man's value/level.
The greater the Man, the greater the sexual attraction from the same woman/ various women

2. What is a man's level? It is this formula = Alpha fucks, Beta Bucks, Gamma Cucked.
Alpha is your physical and behavioural side.

Alpha is a combinatiom of how handsome, tall, muscular, confident, self-assured, someone is..

Why are women [Aroused] by Alpha? Biology and Darwin.

She wants the greatest genetics so the offspring is strong, healthy and has vest chance of surviving harsh world

Beta is the resource providing side.
Beta is how much money you have, what your car is, what your house is, what your job status is, how much savings you have etc

3.Why are women [attracted] to beta?

Cause resource and social status was important.. once a baby is "made", regardless of the genetics that went into the baby,
The babies need resources around them to grow healthy.
Better resources, higher chance of survival.

Previously, all men embodied both traits to get selected by women.
But now echoing a stratified society most men are either
a)
only volatile alphas
Or
b) dutiful betas

As such.. due to multitude of factors (modernism, death of family unit, careerist women)

mating arrangements between men and women have changed drastically..

Most women don't date one man who embody a healthy proportion of both alpha and beta traits.

Now many have "stages"

When they're young at their hottest and most biologically horny,
( age 18-24)

They seek bad boy alphas..
To "make" babies. She voluntarily fucks him anywhere.. the alpha is not held to any standard.
He doesn't have to have car, house or money

Beta side becomes relatively unnecessary. Why?

Provisioning comes from the state.. from their parents..
or maybe they have sugar daddies and beta friendzone friends like some people here

Having all the beta side taken care of, she is free to fuck alphas..

Her goal is to fuck great Alphas and convert them to Betas

(Ie "im attracted to damaged men, and i see him as a project. I wanna fix him bla bla)

When they're older (26+) and their looks are no longer attractive to alphas.. she has to restratagize.

She settles, and starts to entice the Beta.

By this time many women are either "Alpha widowed" or they already have real children with alphas

They now seek the Beta to forgive her of her past, to take her and the Alpha children in..
And she'll give him once a month, boring responsibility sex.

Throughout her young years.. she has to keep Beta Orbiters.

Three reasons.

1) she is biologically wired to want attention
2) she gets free stuff ( accomodation, meals, shopping, etc )
3) BACKUP PLAN - in case she fails to get the alpha, it is nice to have a Beta waiting in the sidelines.

A Beta Man (like OP's chubby friend) is the dick in a glass case.

Break glass in case of emergency.

The emergency? She whored herself out to many alphas and fail to lock any of them down in a stable monogamous relationship

She needs a backup/emergency exit to accept her once she's not as hot.

That's why she keeps paying some attention to the Beta Friend

She feeds him breadcrumbs of her intimacy

so what is the problem? - loser Betas reading this would think,

why shouldnt i wait for her to be done with her badboy phase, so i can have her at the end for some subpar physical intimacy?

You can if you want I say.

Its a question women ask all the time:

“ No doubt the young girls rewarded guys who were early developers and exhibited masculine qualities then.

Why take that personally?”

I’ll tell you why, because the alpha men they were interested in short term weren’t being asked to make anything resembling the life changing personal investments she hopes the Beta will man-up for.

Alphas got the milk for free because the cow milked herself and gave it to them, gladly.

Now that’s a hell of a proposition for a Beta guy who’s played by the ‘rules’ for as long as they have.
Is it really that far a stretch to want to protect the investment OF YOUR LIFE,

-not to mention your yet unrealized potential,

all in the hopes of getting w women who now hope you’ll be sex, love and desire-starved enough for the past 10 or so years

to look past all the short term sex they had with more Alpha men in their Young Years ?

Summary:

the end result of this is the same for the majority of Men.

1. Make muscles = be jacked as shit.
2. Cultivate a DGAF, no-nonsense attitude:
"Give me what I want or I ciao"
3. Make a lot of money..
4. Learn social cuess/interaction.
5. Learn to ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT

[HISTORY]How Britain stole $45 trillion from India

skip this thread if you don't like history.

https://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/opinion/b...6124830851.html

How Britain stole $45 trillion from India

And lied about it.
Jason Hickelby Jason Hickel

There is a story that is commonly told in Britain that the colonisation of India - as horrible as it may have been - was not of any major economic benefit to Britain itself. If anything, the administration of India was a cost to Britain. So the fact that the empire was sustained for so long - the story goes - was a gesture of Britain's benevolence.

New research by the renowned economist Utsa Patnaik - just published by Columbia University Press - deals a crushing blow to this narrative. Drawing on nearly two centuries of detailed data on tax and trade, Patnaik calculated that Britain drained a total of nearly $45 trillion from India during the period 1765 to 1938.

It's a staggering sum. For perspective, $45 trillion is 17 times more than the total annual gross domestic product of the United Kingdom today.

How did this come about?

It happened through the trade system. Prior to the colonial period, Britain bought goods like textiles and rice from Indian producers and paid for them in the normal way - mostly with silver - as they did with any other country. But something changed in 1765, shortly after the East India Company took control of the subcontinent and established a monopoly over Indian trade.

Here's how it worked. The East India Company began collecting taxes in India, and then cleverly used a portion of those revenues (about a third) to fund the purchase of Indian goods for British use. In other words, instead of paying for Indian goods out of their own pocket, British traders acquired them for free, "buying" from peasants and weavers using money that had just been taken from them.

It was a scam - theft on a grand scale. Yet most Indians were unaware of what was going on because the agent who collected the taxes was not the same as the one who showed up to buy their goods. Had it been the same person, they surely would have smelled a rat.

Some of the stolen goods were consumed in Britain, and the rest were re-exported elsewhere. The re-export system allowed Britain to finance a flow of imports from Europe, including strategic materials like iron, tar and timber, which were essential to Britain's industrialisation. Indeed, the Industrial Revolution depended in large part on this systematic theft from India.

On top of this, the British were able to sell the stolen goods to other countries for much more than they "bought" them for in the first place, pocketing not only 100 percent of the original value of the goods but also the markup.

After the British Raj took over in 1858, colonisers added a special new twist to the tax-and-buy system. As the East India Company's monopoly broke down, Indian producers were allowed to export their goods directly to other countries. But Britain made sure that the payments for those goods nonetheless ended up in London.

How did this work? Basically, anyone who wanted to buy goods from India would do so using special Council Bills - a unique paper currency issued only by the British Crown. And the only way to get those bills was to buy them from London with gold or silver. So traders would pay London in gold to get the bills, and then use the bills to pay Indian producers. When Indians cashed the bills in at the local colonial office, they were "paid" in rupees out of tax revenues - money that had just been collected from them. So, once again, they were not in fact paid at all; they were defrauded.

Meanwhile, London ended up with all of the gold and silver that should have gone directly to the Indians in exchange for their exports.

This corrupt system meant that even while India was running an impressive trade surplus with the rest of the world - a surplus that lasted for three decades in the early 20th century - it showed up as a deficit in the national accounts because the real income from India's exports was appropriated in its entirety by Britain.

Some point to this fictional "deficit" as evidence that India was a liability to Britain. But exactly the opposite is true. Britain intercepted enormous quantities of income that rightly belonged to Indian producers. India was the goose that laid the golden egg. Meanwhile, the "deficit" meant that India had no option but to borrow from Britain to finance its imports. So the entire Indian population was forced into completely unnecessary debt to their colonial overlords, further cementing British control.

Britain used the windfall from this fraudulent system to fuel the engines of imperial violence - funding the invasion of China in the 1840s and the suppression of the Indian Rebellion in 1857. And this was on top of what the Crown took directly from Indian taxpayers to pay for its wars. As Patnaik points out, "the cost of all Britain's wars of conquest outside Indian borders were charged always wholly or mainly to Indian revenues."

And that's not all. Britain used this flow of tribute from India to finance the expansion of capitalism in Europe and regions of European settlement, like Canada and Australia. So not only the industrialisation of Britain but also the industrialisation of much of the Western world was facilitated by extraction from the colonies.

Patnaik identifies four distinct economic periods in colonial India from 1765 to 1938, calculates the extraction for each, and then compounds at a modest rate of interest (about 5 percent, which is lower than the market rate) from the middle of each period to the present. Adding it all up, she finds that the total drain amounts to $44.6 trillion. This figure is conservative, she says, and does not include the debts that Britain imposed on India during the Raj.

These are eye-watering sums. But the true costs of this drain cannot be calculated. If India had been able to invest its own tax revenues and foreign exchange earnings in development - as Japan did - there's no telling how history might have turned out differently. India could very well have become an economic powerhouse. Centuries of poverty and suffering could have been prevented.

All of this is a sobering antidote to the rosy narrative promoted by certain powerful voices in Britain. The conservative historian Niall Ferguson has claimed that British rule helped "develop" India. While he was prime minister, David Cameron asserted that British rule was a net help to India.

This narrative has found considerable traction in the popular imagination: according to a 2014 YouGov poll, 50 percent of people in Britain believe that colonialism was beneficial to the colonies.

Yet during the entire 200-year history of British rule in India, there was almost no increase in per capita income. In fact, during the last half of the 19th century - the heyday of British intervention - income in India collapsed by half. The average life expectancy of Indians dropped by a fifth from 1870 to 1920. Tens of millions died needlessly of policy-induced famine.

Britain didn't develop India. Quite the contrary - as Patnaik's work makes clear - India developed Britain.

What does this require of Britain today? An apology? Absolutely. Reparations? Perhaps - although there is not enough money in all of Britain to cover the sums that Patnaik identifies. In the meantime, we can start by setting the story straight. We need to recognise that Britain retained control of India not out of benevolence but for the sake of plunder and that Britain's industrial rise didn't emerge sui generis from the steam engine and strong institutions, as our schoolbooks would have it, but depended on violent theft from other lands and other peoples.

Editor's note: A previous version of this article erroneously had the beginning of the British Raj as 1847. The correct year is 1858.

The views expressed in this article are the author's own and do not necessarily reflect Al Jazeera's editorial stance.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jason Hickel

Dr Jason Hickel is an academic at the University of London and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

http://www.thestar.com.my/tech/tech-news/2...ms-on-the-rise/

PETALING JAYA: False registration of prepaid SIM cards are on the rise, says the Consumer and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM).

According to CFM, which was established by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as the body to protect consumer rights in its sector, the number of complaints has gone up from just 31 in 2014 to 89 in 2015, an increase of 187%.

With prepaid phone cards so easily obtainable, the number of fraud registrations using personal information obtained from other legitimate consumers have increased, the organisation said.

Fraudulently registered prepaid SIM cards are often used by criminals who need to use mobile phones that can’t be traced back to them for activities ranging from kidnapping and extortion to bank fraud.

As such, CFM has come up with a number of recommendations for users when registering a prepaid SIM card:

1. Be careful when giving out personal information such as identification details. While it’s necessary to provide such information when registering a new prepaid SIM, vendors and sales representatives are not required to make a copy of the subscriber’s MyKad during registration. MyKad is only needed to visually verify the information given.

2. Make sure you’re buying from a legitimate reseller or licensed store and take down the name of the shop and address, as well as the date and time the SIM card was registered.

In 2015, MCMC issued 50 compounds amounting to RM2.29mil against several telecommunications service provides for breaches related to false registration of prepaid SIM cards.

-------------------

Normally those hp shop will xeroxed a copy of ic/passport for registration purposes. actually this is very dangerous as the copy can be used for identity theft activities, from securing a loan to registering other services like postpaid internet service using your name. even if you crossed the ic/passport also no point lah because can always edit back using Ps.

always check with telcos either your name and ic has been used for these kind of things. IIRC you can cross check your name and ic with ctos and see if anyone misused your details.

However, not a single soul turned up even after one hour.

When he called his friends to ask where they were, they told him that they were busy.

According to online reports, his best friend even said, "You stupid or what, we are not nine-year-olds, at least you go do it at Baskin Robbins and serve us ice cream cake lah..."

This made the birthday boy feel like a "damn loser" as he could not afford a party at Baskin Robbins.

Judging from these photos, it looks like he spent the day eating Kentucky Fried Chicken all alone.

The authenticity of the story is unclear, but it has met with an outpouring of sympathy from netizens.

---------------

http://www.funnymalaysia.net/the-other-day...riends-to-come/
