Man shot to death at Johor convenience store

JOHOR BARU: A man in his 30s was shot to death at a convenience store in Taman Melodies here on Monday (March 20).

Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the police were still identifying the suspect involved in the case and whether the murder was linked to any gangs.

“We have also received a police report of a group of about 20 men who caused a commotion when a wake was conducted for the deceased on Tuesday (March 21).

“We will investigate this case thoroughly, including whether it is related to any gangs and the motive of the group of men who caused the commotion.

“I have yet to look at the post-mortem results but it is definitely a shocking case as Johor has not seen something like this for a very long time,” he said in a press conference at the Johor police headquarters here on Thursday (March 23).

He said that the case was classified under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder while the attack during the funeral was being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code for rioting.

Asked if the victim was linked to a murder case in 2017 where a man was killed at a petrol station in Taman Pelangi, he said:
“We cannot confirm it yet but if he really is (the suspect), we would have already charged him,” he said, adding that the deceased also had criminal records related to drugs and crimes.

Videos of the vandalised venue of the deceased’s wake have been making rounds on social media, including footage where his open casket was seen knocked down to the ground.

Citing sources, several Chinese news portals reported that the man was believed to be involved in the petrol station murder case that made headlines in 2017 when a man was stabbed to death.

Damn, what is happening to our beloved country? Such violent acts by barbarians

Talentcorp offering SAP cert.good/bad?

so i got into this program through a friend. at the end of the day, i would allegedly have a SAP cert and talentcorp would get me a job with one of their client companies. is this legit? at first i was eager to try this out and see what happens, since i wouldn't lose anything but time, but now i've received a job offer fro a company called edotco. so i reall need to know which one is better?plz help
