Best or so called healthiest breakfast

I've read somewhere in the mag that they claim its better to take a heavy breakfast and then leading to lighter lunch and then moving on to the lightest dinner is the healthiest eating practice. Is this true?

And how important is this breakfast? How important is it to you? My friends reckon oats with milk. Healthy but cannot get it down the throat. Nowadays i just take a bread or 2 and grab a can of Milo, or Nescafe from the fridge(buy this before stepping in the office). Is this healthy enough?

Any reccomendations and what are your practices?

Jog

I'm just wondering is there a right way to jog. As in like a jog of how many hours every morning is good. And a mixture of what exercise and diet is actually healthy? Alot of people tend to go for jog, including me but i don't know what help does it brings besides cardio exercise. Is there any right way or duration or distance that you need to cover everyday to enhance your exercise program? Please help.

[WTA] Accounting Line. Audit, Tax, Consultaion

Hi peeps, I've just graduated with a degree in accounting from RMIT. However, I'm pretty much stuck here as I don't know where to go on from here. Of course most of the people's reccomendation is to get into Big 4 firms. I've applied to all of them and awaiting reply.

Lets say IF I do not get through the screening or do not get the job. Would working at smaller firms and then applying back in Big 4 a good idea? Or just totally forget about Big 4 forever.

Anyway, is there any people there who are in these field who can give me pros and cons and advise as where to go on from here. My friends told me that if I take taxation, it would be very limited to Malaysian taxation and I would have no value if I move or work at overseas. Whats better? Which is its pros and cons. What should I do. I really do not know? Is there anyone who can help me out there.

Thanks in advance. Your replies are very much appreciated. Good day.
