27”-32” IPS monitor recommendations

Hi guys, I’m looking to purchase an IPS monitor with the size of 27” or 32” with a budget up to RM1,200. Usage of this monitor will only be for watching movies (Netflix, etc) and some console gaming (PS4;FIFA) thus I do not really require 4K.

I’ve seen some brands such as Dell, AOC, ViewSonic, Acer, etc but I’m not sure which is good as I’m not really experienced in monitors/tv in terms of quality, colour, after sales service, etc.

Appreciate any replies & recommendations from sifu2 sekalian 🙏🏻

Helo, i would much appreciate those who put some time in helping me through. I'm not really familiar with PC hardware so i need some help here.

Graphic card : are currently running on 512MB
Processor : AMD Athlon II X2 240 Processor 2.81Ghz

1. Budget : RM1000 - 2000

2. I would only want to change the processor (if neccesary), 1GB graphic card and an additional 2GB RAM DDR2. Would need your reccomendation on what processor and graphic card should i upgrade to. Can someone teach me how to find my PSU brand/voltage.

3. Semi-gaming, mostly DOTA2, CS:GO and FIFA13. Movies, music

4. Would like to upgrade my pc before mid of October.
