Tips interview with BCG

Hi,

I just finished my MBA in LOCAL UNIVERSITY, and i would like to join BCG. My degree was in computer science in LOCAL UNIVERSITY. After graduated few years back, i worked with one of the top 10 management consulting firm and been involved in various projects, flying here and there for projects (since this company is only focus in IT so mostly my experience touches on IT). Then after few years i resigned, and joined a vendor and still focus in IT. After few years i quit and joined another MNC where i am working now. The reason for me to join BCG is, i want to divert my self from IT and secondly to diversified my skills rather than focusing in IT and lastly as my interest on management consulting fields.

I've been studying many cases but i haven't really had live practice (no partner). Previously i was interviewed with another management consulting firm (which really focus on management consulting this time) but FAILED, because during that time my case study skills wasn't that good. So now i am back and prepared myself for next offer.

Can anyone share their tips or if you knew anyone working there (even though am sure your story would be mix up already), what else should i do for preparation and getting the offer? Thanks.

SOVO Renovation

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone bought a SOVO before, well this SOVO that i see has no rooms in it only bath room. So maybe renovation is require if i let say i wanted to rent it out making it at least 2 rooms - means build a separator and a door perhaps (this is must my imagination!).

So i wonder if anyone has experience renovating their SOVO to a house?

Hi - trust me they only released on 29 November 2012.

This is due to limited stocks that Apple has. So, ordering those from US and maybe targeted arrived in Malaysia,re-packaging bla bla somewhere next week and 29th November walla launch!

Trust me

Not gonna say my uncle to my neighbor girlfriends son who ever telling me this.

If given a choice, where you would invest & buy?

Hi all,

I am looking for my 2nd property, basically it would be for rental and investment.

If given a choice as if now October 2012, where would you invest and buy?
As per requirement i would prefer FREE hold and my budget is up to 600k

Right now on my list is only VEO@Melawati, Verde@Ara Damansara (but i heard very hard to get rental in AD).
