Galaxy Note II vs Galaxy Note 10.1

Before I start,

1. Yes I do know one is a smartphone or phablet or taphone or whatever you want to call it and the other is a tablet. I'm just interested for your opinion to help make me decide.
2. I'mma noob. Go easy ok.

That outta the way, I'm listing down the pros and cons via points system. Hope you can do the same to illustrate which point(s) is/are important to you and some elaboration would be much appreciated.

Here goes. Galaxy Note II Pros: 1. 4G connectivity (2 points)
2. Jelly Bean OS (2 points)
3. 8MP camera (2 points)

Cons: I guess there's only one - it's smaller

Galaxy Note 10.1 Pros: 1. It's bigger (8 points - I'm just a slut for big screens)

Cons: 1. 3G connectivity
2. Ice cream sandwich OS
3. 5MP camera

I seriously can't decide between the two. Ideally if there was a Note with all the pros points, I would have nab that in a heartbeat. My last phone purchase was in 2009 and I made it quite hastily so I want to make sure I can live with the new buy at least for 2 years. You can argue for iPad too but it doesn't have a phone function (that I know of, last I checked you need to install some bulky hardware) and even the iPhone 5, preferably with reasons. Thanks for your help. Cheers = )
