Where to make liscence plate

What sabahan bring to make new passport in kl?

Went to Kelana jaya immigration office 6am lining up, 8 sth the office open.

When I was up to take my number, the person told me that Sabahan needs birth cert original and copy with parents ic photocopy, and can only made in weekdays. The passport will be sent from sabah and took about a week.
No need lining up, just go upstairs and straight away proceed.

When I went back and contact a sabahan friend of mine (also went to kelana jaya, new passport few months ago), that they require no such thing. He just took the number and do the usual sit and wait until his turn and everything is done wait 1 hour come back straight collect passport.

Why is the system so confusing!!!

P.S, my parents keep telling me to go UTC, says that UTC open until night and only off in public holiday. anyone know which UTC in KL is that?

Can u register motorbike on JPJ without licence?

I did register a bike licence, but it took much longer than I'd expected (need to move out, checking room and work),
so my licence stage is at taking the theory/law test (have to wait 2 weeks for that??? and 1 more month to get L ??? wth)

Planning to buy a second hand bike from a friend of a friend...
and then he brought up about the vehicle authority, jpj register and paper work stuff..

So is it ok to register yourself a bike on jpj without having a licence?

or must you have at lest an L licence to register or it doesn't matter at all...

p.s: if you know any awesome/honest/reasonable bike stores around kl please feel free to share

I'm currently upgrading my audio device.

What I'm using now, Sennheiser HD205

I'm a very heavy pc user, spent half or even more of my days infront of my pc, therefore a pare of comfy headphones or speakers do help alot.
Why did't i own a speaker? Well I am currently renting a room away from my hometown studying in KL and I would't want to disturb my housemates >"< (well usually I am alone at daytime, thats also mean if i own a speaker i probably would turn them on on day time...)

So, at first I have lay my eyes on SteelSeries Siberia Elite,
okay guys calm your horse down, I know its way too much overprice, but I can't lie to myself I really like the design of the headphone despite its SO DAMN OVERPRICE and crappy mic...still that did't bug me. Until, recently I came up to Steelseries fb page, youtube and overseas forums, complaints on Steelseries product especially on their siberia headphones (mic and one of the speaker stop working after few months)...

Therefore I hereby ask for any good recommendation on Headphone, headset, speakers that you thumbs up or even give em a medal.

Here's my budget, RM300~400 depends on the overall quality, might fund more (700+) if its deserves a medal.
