Tivo Stream 4K vs Mi Box S

Hi guys,

It's been 2 days since i did comparing this android box tivo 4k stream, mi box s and new smart tv.
I didn't watch tv until my house tv went rip.

TiVo
Anybody here using this TiVo? spec and price wise tivo is higher a bit but my concern if the apps user-friendly with local tv station/drama. If anybody using TiVo please let me know.

Mi Box S
I'm considering getting this also, price friendly a bit but after did some reading there's some user having some issues with ui lagging, overheat and non-sync audio. is this true?

Smart TV
I also planning to buy new smart tv with budget below RM 1.5k, to fully utilise with those 2 box what are the features i need to look to? HDMI 2.0? Dual Wifi? Better 4k? Kindly advise.
