TONE IT t-shirt design competition!

Theme: Freestyle

1. First, create your T-Shirt design. You can download the T-Shirt design template & form PDF for the details at www.unknowncolors.com.

2. You are allowed to send in two (2) designs only. Each design shall not exceed four (4) colors.

3. TONE IT T-Shirt Design Competition consist of 2 categories:-

First Category
Judges from Malaysia & New Zealand at TONE IT will conduct judging to select 1 winner (Judges’ Choice).

Second Category
All T-Shirt designs will be posted online at www.unknowncolors.com for public voting. You determine the winner! (Online Voting)

4. First submission of the designs shall be in JPG or PNG format of A4 size 21cm width X 29.7cm or 300dpi. Any design submitted that do not meet the requirement will be rejected. After the judges’ choice for Top 50 designs have been determined, you will be asked to send in the A.I or Photoshop file within a particular period for online vote.

5. Submit your T-Shirt designs and mail them to info@unknowncolors.com

Fono is locally recognized as one of the most consistent and highly sought
progressive trance DJ in Kuala Lumpur, garnering a sizeable and still growing
fan base over the past 6 years. Bursting onto the dance scene in 2000, he
has secured a regular residency at the renowned Movement club where he has
supported huge acts such as the Gatecrasher Summer Sound System and the Groove Movie Asia Tour.

Fono, otherwise known as Jason Wong, continued to develop his reputation

This unique and innovative DJ training courses enables you to take a complete technical and creative control of your projects, bringing you from a basic DJ to a DJ/PRODUCER. Accreditations from the academy will assist in job applications thereafter.

The classes:
>> 30 classes per course; 2 hours per session.
>> Part time course - complete in 2 or 3 months
>> Full time course - complete in 1 month

>> No music background required.
>> Student is not required to purchase any DJ’s equipment for the classes.

>> Student is welcomed to practice at the academy, as long as there is no other classes are scheduled. The use of studio is F.O.C.

** One-to-one tuition, where you design a course to suit your own ability 1 -7 days.
** Open daily from 12pm -10pm

About Malaysia DJ Battle Championship
The main objective is to promote the “Art of Turntablism” and to encourage more DJs to step in to the field of producing & writing music.

Malaysia Dj Battle Championship is created to the Bedroom and Amateur DJs to expose their music dreams via experiencing of live performance; especially for those who is not involved in the club scene. Through our research, we are ensuring that many of the bedroom DJs and hidden talents are shy to perform. And, this will be the chance for them.

The championship will be held annually in the shopping mall/ clubs. Through the public venue, the outcome of promoting “Art of Turntablism” is much wider than having it in the dance club; especially for those people who misinterpreting and confused about DJ’s career.

The contestant:
Open for Bedroom & Professional DJs. (Open for both Malaysian & non-Malaysian)

Qualification:
Open for those battle DJs who are NOT afraid to lose! Come on, is a battle.

Digital battle – on CDJ long mix
- 20 minutes set (judging based on use of effects & creativity)

Category 2:

Supremacy – on Turntable
- 5 minutes set – Solo category
- 2 minutes set - Scratching category
