need help from sifu here, this is bugging me a lot.

recently , i bought a samsung galaxy mini 2 from a shop in jaya jusco, ipoh.the phone worked nice and it really felt like a good buy.the problem is the wifi.when i connect to home network,it connects succesfully but the internet would move as slow as shit..imagine 40 sec to open google page.i know, its a problem with the phone since my netbook and my brother's phone can use the network as smooth as f***.i also tried connecting to my neighbour's network but same thing, still slow.3g works fine, altough i would only use thm on occasions(the rm2 one day maxis plan).and the 40 sec is when i was near the router.when i went a bit further,it will take forever.while using my brother's phone it is fast like the netbook.i also tried going to my friends house with unifi.and i cant even open google.the setting are set to factory,i didnt tamper anything.

at public network it is better, but still slow.i cant get full speed anywheere with the phone.and my phone is higher model than my bro's samsung.

i tried going to the shop, but then they try connect they say just ok.of coz la there ok but i cant browse la f***.they redirect me to a samsung service centre, then they did a clean wipe of software and they say ok adi.when reach home still the same thing

plz help me.i expect normal wifi usage from the phone, not siput one.
