Credit Limit Calculation

Hi all.

I am just wondering (especially those working in credit card dept) whether they know how bank actually calculate your credit card credit limit when you first apply?

I'm sure they are looking into your credit history with others bank. However, I just need to know is there any hard-coded formula?

Eg, let say a guy with earning of RM5k monthly (for simplicity sake) as his starting pay (1st job) with no credit background (never has credit card or loan before) and no saving (no money in saving account) as well. How would bank calculate his credit limit?

I guess every bank has different calculation. However, I pretty sure the credit limit given by each bank should be around the same...

So, anyone know any formula?

Anyone one know where i can get this "legendary" camera?

I know it's abit outdated... I can only find it in Sungei Wang Foto Shangrila which quote me RM1800.
I tried findin it in a few other places but to no avail. Is there any other place cheaper???

Webcam Using Microsoft Vista

help. i cant use my webcam in my new notebook...

webcam model: microsoft vx-1000
operating system: windows vista

I already tried download the latest webcam driver from microsoft for it usage in vista. i've off all my norton (the norton come together with the notebook) firewall. I even tested the broadband line and it's okie.

Still, webcam unable to use in msn messenger. it always connecting and in the end, failed. I can only see myself from the webcam but not the other party.

Anyone can help me?

P.S: I know i'm dumb to use vista at this stage...
