Anyone know why Excel 2013 takes very long time to open up an Excel file?

If i use Excel 2010, the same file can be open very fast.

Cannot Connect to WiFi and LAN

Anyone here know how to solve my laptop issue?

My laptop cannot cannot connect any Wireless access point and also the LAN port also fail. The laptop's wireless card and LAN port are working fine because i swap another laptop (same model)'s hard disk to this laptop and it can detect Wifi and LAN port is connected.

Scan for for virus or malware using Sophos and Malwarebytes and no virus & malware detected.

I found out all the computer name, description and workgroup details are not available. So i check on the Services and found out that the Network Location Awareness service was terminated with service specific error %%-1073741288.

Hope any bros here can resolve this issue. Actually i can reformat this laptop but i don't want to go thru all those process again installing back the OS, softwares, drivers, etcs.

Windows 2003 Server Blue Screen

My Windows 2003 server keep on reboot and got this blue screen error message:-

STOP: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file):
\SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.

The 3 hard disks are running RAID 5. There is no array issue during the server boot up.

Any one know how to recover the OS?
