Still able to upgrade old rig?

I was wondering if I can still upgrade my old computer, if yes what to upgrade?
Currently using:
Pentium Dual Core 2.5ghz
DDR2 2gb RAM, 1 more empty slot.
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 SE/7200 GS 256mb
My mobo = http://my.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Sock...#specifications
Not too sure about PSU, only saw "Model: ATX-480W" on it. Maybe this http://www.outletpc.com/c0840.html

Still can play games like Dota & Maplestory but might lag/hang at crowded places or at certain bosses that use flashy skills. This computer is above the recommended system requirement so I don't know why it'll hang, perhaps hardware spoilt? Any idea guys?
Not a hardcore gamer so not willing to spend too much for an upgrade or new rig Maybe RM500

Update: Bought 1gb ddr2 ram & 6670 gddr5 1gb. Now waiting for a chance to try it out.
Forgot to add, when my game hangs, it's the cpu usage that spikes up to 100% and not memory. Does that mean it's processor problem?

Is there any plan for mobile phone and home broadband together? Eg: 1 plan, 1 quota, 1 bill, 2 SIM cards (1 each for phone & modem).

Been using streamyx and unifi all this while, want to know if wireless broadband is stable? Even in poor weather conditions?

Any advice are appreciated.
