How To Claim Warranty
- In an event of product faulty within the warranty period, please do send me the product with a copy of the receipt and I will handle the rest of it.
- I only provide first year warranty claim service for free (given that product is still under warranty). A RM40 RMA service charges will be imply for every successful warranty claim after 1 year from date of receipt. No charges are required for any warranty claim that are rejected by the manufacture. However, all courier service for delivering products to me or to you shall be bare by you no matter it was for warranty claim or product purchase.
- Please make sure the faulty product was received by me latest by every Monday for warranty claim. I shall not be responsible if the warranty claim was rejected by the supplier due to expiry of warranty period when the product reached me or any other reason.
- Warranty of a product only limits to hardware defects that was caused by manufacturing faults. However, manufactures holds the final decision on the eligibility of the warranty claim. Any dissatisfaction on the manufacture's decision shall be brought up to the manufacture as I had no participation in the decision making given that if the purchase product was still in warranty period.
-Warranty claim of a product normally takes up to 2 months depends on the manufacture. Please contact me if you did not receive any updates on the warranty claim after 2 months and I shall do a followup on your claim.
