Stamp Duty Exemption (i-Miliki)

hi everyone, does anyone here has any idea whether all new projects under developers are considered under the i-Miliki programme which was re-announced recently for house stamp duty exemption?

I just checked with my lawyer and they said the developer did not register under i-Miliki. Is there such a thing that the developer must register under this programme first ? My understanding is that all new housing projects will be exempted for a certain percentage up to RM 1 million.

Advice for ROM 2022

Hi everyone,

I am planning to hold my ROM in the coming months. Both my fiance and I are from two different states (I'm from Sarawak) and we will be doing our ROM at association/temple to "bypass" the limitations of different states for bride & groom.

Ytd i went to JPN and they informed me I need to have an appointment date & letter from association/temple first then only proceed to JPN for the verification and key in our details.

Can anyone confirm this one? I have yet to pick a specific association/temple yet to do my ROM - so have not called their side yet.

Thanks in advance!

Honor 5C vs Huawei P9 Lite

Hi, was wondering what are the significance differences between both phones? Should I add RM200 more just for the extra ram or is there something P9 Lite has over 5C? Such as camera quality etc? Need suggestions here on which of the two phones to buy. Thanks !

Laptop Won't Turn Back On (overheating)

Ok. I think my laptop just got overheated. Without no warning at all,it just turn off completely. So i decided to let it cool down awhile and plugged back the power cable after that.

The problem is there's no power light source on the laptop. And the laptop won't turn on as well. Any advice?

Toshiba Laptop Screen Replacement

The other day, I accidentally dropped my new Toshiba M840 laptop and the screen cracked =(

Tried to switch it on and it just gives weird colours and I couldn't see the laptop booting screen or the background log on music playing on . Hopefully the hardware inside isn't damaged =(

How much does a screen replacement for this model costs? Any idea roughly?
