Warranty Claim

I have a Graphic Card Gexcube ATI Radeon 9550 Extreme Edition. I bought it from Compuzone on 26 Feb 2005. There's been some failure now and I need to claim warranty.

According to ATI, all GC that was purchased before 31st August 2005 carries warranty of 3 Years. I was ask to send it back to the place where I purchased to follow-up.

Can anyone in Compuzone help me?

Can't Switch ON Comp

My Comp won't power On when I press on the ON button. I've checked on the mobo, the light indicate that it is ON ( yellow light - standby mode ).
Everything does not move when I press the ON button.
No Specific signal from mobo that anything is dis function or mis placed.

My Initial suspect is my Power supply.
I need advise from ppl here before I proceed changing my PS.

The moment I sign in MSN Messenger, my connection will hang. MSN Messenger also hang. After end task MSN Messenger, the internet connection resume back.

May I know what's the problem?

Hang When Play Movie

All,

I have a problem that need some assistance here.
Sometime when I open my comp, it will prompt me the BIOS screen asking me to select the speed of my CPU.

Whenever this occurs, later on when I play movie and leave it for more than 2 mins, the picture will hang and the audio will keep repeating itself. Tried it on Real Player as well as Windows Media Player.

Tried replacing other codec but it seems like non related to it at all. What I suspect is the processor problem maybe?

Even tried formating the comp again and start as fresh but the problem still there.

Hope to hear some comments and direct me to the root cause. Thanks

Internet Problem

My internet seems to be jammed everytime the sent & received packaged jammed. Only the Sent package is moving but the Received package is always jammed. May I know what cause it? Thanks.

Networking Unstable

Need some help from experts here.

I've configure my home networking using modem router provided by tmnet recently. All setttings are configured by default to "Obtained proxy settings automatically"

Setting Layout :

Phone Line TO Modem Router TO Switch To Two Computers.

Problem:
1. The connections seems to be unstable when both computers are On.
2. When only ONE computer is On, there's no such problem occur.

Advise needed:
1. How to configure both computers so that both connections will be stable when ON?

Recently i've installed Linus redhat 9, then when test the sound card it can come out song ... but then wanna play song on da desktop .. no sound come out .. then when YM someone log in .. it come out da sound ( piakkkk ) instead of da knocking sound ...

please help !
