Hi guys, this is my 1st post in here and i saw a post somehow related to mine if you wouldnt mind.

Currently im 24yo coming to 25, having a stable relationship with my GF and i planned to get married after my new house is ready to move in.

My question is,

Am I over commitment or very high commitment?

liabilities and assets which i have as follows:-

1. 2 Myvis loan repayment around RM750 (both is 2nd hand, 1 already pay half of the loan and close to 4 years to finish the loan. the other 1 under my name but i give my friend drive and he pay me installment+every year insurance)

2. 3 personal loan in total repayment around RM550

3. 2 credit cards in total repayment around RM600 (1 i aleady stop using and keep pay more than minimum payment of outstanding amount till fully settled. The other i using for bill repayments and i repay more than i use every month)

4. unifi bills + rental around RM450

5. 2 insurance (life + saving plan) in total RM400

6. new house just recently bought and the completion and ready to move in is around 2018 (currently paying progressive interests only)

my gross income per month officially is 3.3k (i dont include those unofficial ones cause its not stable)

so far i still managed to "survive" but no matter how i do it doesnt seems right. my savings sometimes will be "pull up ganti bawah" those kinds

I hope that pro investors would give me a some advice which might affect (in positive) my current life.

Car suggestion for future 2/3 years

Hi guys, currently i got 2 myvis which 1 is 1st gen(2006) 1.3 auto & 2nd is 2013 1.5se with enhanced handling & safety.

I was thinking to sell out my old myvi for a family sedan/mpv car budget around 160k+ and might change depending on my financial situation.

I already put a few car into my short list which will study in details for me to choose in future.

Short listed cars:

1. Ford Focus 1.6 ecoboost year 2016 (i know its in future maybe)
2. Mitsubishi Lancer GTE 2.0 2015
3. All New Nissan Sylphy 1.8
4. Volkswagen Jetta
5. Toyota Wish (recond)

I would like to listen to you guys for some professional suggestions and advice.

Main concern to this family car would be
1. Comfort
2. Space
3. Easy to handle
4. Maintenance
5. FC (not really concern about it cause different driving habits giving different results)

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

P/S: i didnt use the search function as different people has different opinion and main concern

Hi, I'm new in here.

recently i bought a Myvi 1.3EZ 2006 auto and i think there is some problem in the fuel tank.
i pumped RM40 everytime at BhP with RON95 and the indicator shows that every time i pump its almost full.
from what i know Myvi 1.3 fuel tank should be 40L but RM40 only 21L of oil and only driven for 180km to max 230km only.

i feeling weird about this. anyone can clear my doubt?
any help/suggestion will be appreciated.
