Asus G551JM Internet Issues

I just got an Asus G551-DM025H and my internet speeds is ridiculously slow, I'm pulling in 0.30 Mbps on my 5 Mbps Unifi connection.
I thought it was an issue with TMNet's side but my other devices like my old laptop, iPad and phone's internet worked as normal.
I then went to device manager to update the Qualcomm Atheros AR964x Wireless Network Adapter via visiting Asus's driver download section (took 2+ Hrs for a 50~MB driver), installed it and still doesn't solve the problem.

I would gladly appreciate any assistance to solve this fundamental problem.
