Dear All,

I am a 28 years old guy. I have been relationship with my gf for 3 years plus. My gf is pretty, nice and kind.(wife type) But we dont have have much interest in common.

I started to feel bored about our relationship, we do see each other almost everyday but we dont talk much and we do our things separately.

I will start flirting with other girls using social apps and it make me excited and since I am a good looking so is easily for me to get girls.

Just want to get advise how do I improve our relationship or make our relationship more excited.

Is this normal for every guy to get bored in relationship after 2 or 3 year. I have two ex before, both cant last more than 2 years because usually I am the one that get bored .

I just want to gather everyone opinion about this problem and want to find out is there anybody facing the same problem as me.

I had use Choong City Renovation in OUG Parklane but I am totally regret.

Reason.
1. Bad workmanship - L shape table senget
2. Delay in work- 3 months renovation!!! wtf!!!!
4. Never follow order - need to keep pushing!!!
5. Always ask for extra money if you need simple help like install mirror or wall hanger
6. The contractor has very bad attitude. Never listen to you.
7. Never keep promise- ask him do , he will say FOC but when the time come he will charge you!

Please avoild this kind of irresponsible contractor . I want to screm them kau kau!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, i am not very good in property investment. Recently I just bought and service apartment OUG parklane located at Jalan Puchong. The developer is Akisama ( never heard before) . The price is rm405000 with 950sf. I bought phase 3. the completion date is mid of 2015.

The problems that I fear are
1) too high density total - 4000 unit
2) traffic will be too congested ( u know la. old klang road)

The advantages are very near to midvalley and many lrt station.

Please give me some of your expert advice and opinion is this a good buy??

i m fresh graduate with a biochemistry degree , i now been offer for two jobs

product specialist (pharmaseutical)
1) salary = rm2200
2) allowance = rm500
3) incentive + komisen
4) no OT

medical underwriting
1) salary= rm2200
20 allowance=rm300
3) komisen
4) got OT

who have experienced as product specialist or medical underwriting before. pls give me an idea which job should i choose. i prefer job that will increase my communication skill, my confident and financial knowledge. more chance to get promoted higher position.

my 1st interview

this is my 1st job interview, before my interview i have did some homework myself like practicing the most common interview questions, find information about the company. i have been practicing for quite a long time. so that when come to real interview , i will be more confident when answering the interview questions and wont not speak out broken English.

SO THE FACT IS !!
when i went for interview , i been waiting inside a room for about 10-15 minutes. that time i was quite nervous siting alone inside the room , but it give me more time to practice my interview questions.
when the interviewers come in , i just smile and say hello to them .
then they start asking me questions. when they ask me questions that i have practice before that i able to answer it smoothly and confidently. but when they ask me questions that is out of my practicing questions . i tend to be nervous and start mumbling. i sometime dont even know what myself is talking about. haha.....
moreover , i broken english start to come out and i keep ehh...ehh.... i feel so disappointed with myself after the interview .

SO is there any ideas u guys that can suggest to me so that when next time interview i can do better?????!!
