Wanted to get some advice if personal loan offered @ 4.59pa is worth it? Up to 10 years tenure.

In my opinion it seems like a hard to come by "good deal" to borrow money now as compared to the usual around 7%pa during pre MCO times...

Went to Level 14, Wisma Perkeso along Jalan Tun Razak this morning but wasn't entirely sure if that's the right location because it seems to be just the IR Courts.

Uneven Wall upon VP

Hi Group,

I've recently taken VP of a new property in Wangsa Maju

The main wall in the living room is not even. i.e. contractor advised that they can't install custom TV cabinets on uneven wall. The variance is 3-4CM uneven.

Any experts can advise what the management office or developer can do to rectify? Any appropriate compensation expected?

Zero Downpayment Properties?

Hi Sifus,

I've only recently started to look into property and found many Zero Downpayment packages available (especially from Mah Sing) projects.

Essentially I'm told that you only pay a booking fee (i.e. small amount not more than 10k) and you can basically own the house and not service any installment (aside from interest) once the building is completed. Everything else like loan agreement and stamp duty appears to be Free Of Charge as well. Too good to be true?

Would appreciate if someone can tell me What's The Catch?

(I am looking for newly launched properties with low entry (0% DP if it is indeed safe) that will complete in a few years time)
