Question convert P license to CDL license

Hi guys, today is July 31st, my P license going to expired on August 11th which mean next week. Can I convert my license to CDL earlier before August 11th?

Myvi cant start, remote steelmate 898 no battery

Hi Sifu, need your assist.
Currently my myvi unable to start, after my remote control steelmate 898 no battery.
What I did, i use my key to open the driver door, and the car alarm triggered. Cant even start the car.
wanna ask it there anyway to disarm the alarm or remove the steelmate board circuit?
i cant find any installation guide which i want to remove it by myself.
What i have try is use the step below provided by other forum, but still cant work.

What to do when my remote is out of battery but the car is armed?
Use your car key to open the door, let the door be remained open, ignore the ringing alarm, press down on brakes constantly, turn ignition key from ACC OFF to ACC ON 10 times and immediately leave the key on ON position for 2seconds. Blue LED light will lit. Your Alarm is now reset and you can start the car without the immobilizer.
