Hi anyone purchase any properties of the above project? I tried looking for this title seems cannot find.. Only manage to find few comments on Bandar Bukit Raja thread.. M considering this project for own stay.. Interested to due to gated n guarded.. Sceptical due to new Developer, workmanship and management as well as controversial land issues..

Hi, I was thinking of buying a subsale low cost flat for investment but was told I need to get consent letter from certain authority. Is this true? Has anyone encounter this before?
