Need help in housing loan

Hello to all, ayam here 23 years old intend to apply loan for condo unit.
Current earning 3.5k exclude commission but then there is one commitment which is for my car. Monthly is 960 for it and yes I know it is a mistake that I loan for a car at this age.

Ayam suka one condo unit which is at 280k and now already book the unit but loan is not secured yet. Seek help to guide whether am I eligible to apply for 100% loan ?

Reason that I intend to get the unit because I find that the price is not too steep and it's acceptable IMHO. I don't mind burden myself with commitment as I believed years later I would be able to get through the struggle.

First time buying unit and believed this will fall under first house scheme.
Seek help from Lyn user to guide and advice me on this please.
I really hope there is a way for me to get 100% loan.

WTA about chances of getting full car loan

Hi all,

Just wanna ask.

I'm 22nd this year, income range from at least 3k to 4k per month.

Roughly around 3.4k to 3.5k

Basic is at 2.1k

But one thing is at least will be bringing 3k or more into bank every month consistently.

So I thought of getting a 2nd handed car whereby price is at 75k otr.

Wanted to ask is it possible to get full loan w/out any down payment ?

Doesn't have any credit history at all, first time buying car.

Not even credit card record however guarantor is not an issue.

May I know chances of getting approved by bank for full loan is it possible ?

As per topic title, ayam broke up w gf and felt so sad.

Straight to the point.
I'm 21, working class.
She's 21, student class.

Complaint that I never care her feelings then process to break up w me and find another guy

Relationship lasted for 2 years.

Claimed that she is very sad hence find another guy to replace me as alternative substitute.

I found out that she's been texting this guy and deleted his message from time to time. Told me that texting purpose is due to assignments and I'm fine with it.

Conclusion, end up be w him after break up in one day time.

In between this 2 years relationship, she did double time on me for around 2 to 3 times before. She promised will never do so anymore and now this happened.

After break up, im the one left alone who deal w all the damage myself and she is happy w another guy but claimed that she love me still.

I've been loyal, never time on her never betray her before. Even forgive her past and give her a chance to change. Now it happen again, I really don't understand why she wanna do this.

If no matter how she still gonna have another guy, why she wanna come back at the first place and promised me that it won't happen again ?
Why wanna hurt me when I'm being loyal to her all these while, suppork her financially and giving her love endlessly ?

WHY WANNA HURT AYAM BADLY ?!

Idk who else can I refer to in regards to this as I strongly believed that we will get marry someday whereby she promised me about this as well.

Now everything changed and I felt so heartache.

She play zynga poker lost 22 million because I called her while she's playing.
I really speechless. Well, her attitude is quite ganas from time to time however deep down she is a very lovely girl and very caring towards me.

21 yr old little boy dilemma in buying car

Hey guys, happy Ramadan and good day to everyone here.
Ayam wanna buy car but I need some expert decision here. Still new around here so hopefully can learn one or two things from u guys here.

Ayam - 21 years old
Salary - 3k+ but below 3.5k
Vehicle - Perodua Myvi 1.3 SE2 Auto
Commitment - Current Myvi loan which is 600 monthly

Here's the thing, ayam having the urge to buy new or used car for myself but dunno can afford or not. Previously driving Nissan sunny manual for like 1 year plus but switched to Myvi due to Nissan sunny causing me headache from time to time but now ayam felt like maybe I'm capable to get a better car for myself hence have this urge to get a car that I want for myself.

Thought of MT CRZ or MT Inspira .. Whether it's new or used doesnt matfer as long as it does not breach more than 80k. Upon purchase I'll be trading in my current Myvi as well. Reason for getting manual car is because I still prefer driving manual like the old times when I'm driving my Nissan sunny.

Question is, which car is better in terms of driving experience / on the road performance / reliability and maintenance fee. Important factor is upon the monthly commitment and maintenance fee as I need to consider because this would be my long term usage car.

Ayam need assistance regarding on above statement. Hopefully sifus2 / expert2 here will be able to help me on this. Gladly appreciate.

So it happens that when I'm using my pc as per usual, just done formatting from win 7 to win 8.1
installed new GPU and CPU heatsink which is - Asus R7 260x / Cooler Master V6 GT

Spec as below

CPU - intel i5 4670k
Mobo - MSI Z87 GD65
Cooler - CM V6GT
Ram - kingston value ram 4gb ddr3
GPU - Asus R7 260x
SSD - Kingston hyperx 3k
HDD - WD Black Caviar 1TB
PSU - lowend xigmatek Xcaliber 500w ( felt so cap ayam brand ) haha
Dvd - cap ayam DVD

story is like this, previously was using Nvidia gt220 and there isnt any cooler is installed and no problem using it so far

Up until I installed CPU cooler ( CM V6GT ) and GPU ( Asus R7 260x ) then this happen whereby my screen goes black after 2 to 3 hours of gaming which is dota1, a very low end game. When screen goes black, mobo showing error code 04 hence I reboot my pc and everything goes back to normal which the code showing A0. ( Msi mobo code A0 stands for operate as per normal, no error detected )

Went to check online for the error code 04 for my current mobo but there is not much of answer to clear my riddle.
Checked through Asus website regarding on my current GPU, stated that if screen goes black need to update Bios for the GPU Asus R7 260x but when I dl the Bios driver, its stating that there isnt any need for me to update my GPU bios because its the latest version and there is no error detected

So my question is, may I know how to solve my current issue whereby my mobo is showing error code 04 while gaming lightly and current mobo is using MSI Z87 GD65 / GPU Asus R7 260x

its something to do w windows 8.1 or my GPU problem ? shouldnt be a cooler or either motherboard compatibility issue I suppose.

Any sifus able to help out lil one here out ? please ?

as per mentioned, I'm getting cooler master v6gt and asus r7 260x for 2nd handed unit which cost RM 350

but I'm not sure whether is it a good deal or not. Any kind information for this and is the price worth to get it ?

add on, currently using msi z87 gd65 gaming mobo along with a core i5 unlocked processor. Is the CM V6gt able to support the mobo ?

as for the Asus r7 260x, how's the performance ?

using the GPU for normal usage which is for online game eg - dota 2 / skyrim / online rpg game

would it be enough to support those game ?

further more I intend to change my monitor from 22inch to 27inch or either 29inch

would Asus R7 260x be able to support the monitor and also the games that I mentioned ?

daily usage would be more to 1080p movies.

ps - using x-calibre 500w psu, able to support this GPU along with a cooler and my current mobo ?

Previously using Armageddon ultra A7, unfortunately my speaker. ( don't know should be call speakers or monitors ) has already spoiled. Thought of getting a pair of monitors which is M AUDIO AV40 to replace it but my current subwoofer which is from Armageddon ultra A7 is still working fine and I kinda love that sub. Current thought is only replacing my speaker with a pair of M AUDIO AV40 and connect it to my Armageddon ultra A7 subwoofer. Wonder is it possible to do so ? Has been trying to google it on this but don't really understand what does the net says by using some sorta splitter which is x and y and all. Anyone knows much about M AUDIO AV40 please tell me whether is it okay to buy because I afraid of getting a problematic pair of monitors which is kinda costy for me to purchase. Thought of getting it and have no worries yet happy w my decision. Can't wait to get it though just that need some comments and reviews from u guys before I proceed. Any help on this ?

I dont know whether this is the correct section to ask but still I do really need some help. I'm currently using Armaggeddon Ultra A7 as my 2.1 speaker setup but unfortunately my speakers satellite having some problem recently.. there's like some kinda buzzing sound when i'm watching movie / playing music / games. It irritates me and I was wondering is there anyway to replace my satellite speaker yet keeping my subwoofer ? recently, have a thought of upgrading my dekstop completely because now my pc is very the slow.
since usd dollar raised, hardware is all expensive now T_T
any sifus help will be appreciate.
basically, I want a very fast and smooth / no lag pc. lots of movies and gaming on dota 2, hawken, skyrim.
currently am using lga 775, dual core cpu, 2gb ram ddr3, 1tb hdd.
just bought a casing and ssd.

casing : cm storm scout 1 @ rm 150, bought already

ssd : kingston hyperx 3k 120gb @ rm 390, bought already

cpu* : thought of going for some overclocking processor so in the future I can o'c it and catch up with upcoming cpu speed. Not major o'c in cpu because I don't really like cooling water block unit.

gpu : had no idea which to pick, wondering whether sli / cfx function is important for future or not.

mobo* : hard decision as well because my mind keep thinking of msi mobo or either asrock mobo. Last option would be asus mobo because asus is quite costy but if the reason for me to go for asus is strong then I'll still go for it. currently still thought of msi or asrock because its cheap I suppose ?

ram : wondering should go for 4gb or 8gb ram, need some help on here.

hdd : i'm using green caviar 1tb wd, its so slow now and I cant bear with the speed. Wondering whether should I change it or keep using it ..

psu : don't know which to go for but hopefully its some stable and comes with blue led perhaps ?

monitor : I'm using samsung 22" lcd syncmaster 2233, wondering should I change it or not because I watch quite alot of movie, I want the screen colour to be nice and can support full hd. If there's no need for me to change my monitor then I'll keep using it.

ps, my budget is around 1.6k to around 2k, can raise up abit as well depends on whether those hardware is what I really need. As for hardware that ticks with * , is what I need now so that I can change my base and use it first, my current dekstop is really very the slow, gonna tear d T_T
