Got a quote from law firm appointed by developer quoting me the following:

1300 for memorandum of transfer
500 for reimbursement (e.g. travelling cost, printing, telephone, misc)
4180 for stamp duty on transfer
420 for reg fee on memorandum of transfer + PA fee
90 for land search
50 for CTOS / bankruptcy / winding-up / business / company search

Property purchase price was RM260k

Am newbie here, please advise if the fees above are reasonable. To me its damn expensive!
