i need info about replacing engine

Im using Corolla AE90. I hv an issue about engine leaking. Recently I have already overhauled the engine n the mechanic guaranteed that it will not leak again whether within 5 years or more.. now its been around 3 years like that n the leak comes again. At first the leak is around the top n I manage to top up engine oil every 1 month.. but yesterday I spot a new leak around the cylinder block. Now im thinking whether to overhaul it again or jsut change the engine. But I dont know which model suit its best.. u guys got any idea? [attachmentid=3446309]

lately samsung has launch ICS for Galaxy Tab 7.7.. right now i use 3.2 honeycomb.. very vey very slow!! its sluggish and always jammed! is upgrading it would solve this problem?
