FPS problem on laptop

Hi there, does anyone having fps issue in CSGO? i only get about 80-90 fps on it with lowest setting, 1080p. Running on Windows 10, plugged in, balanced mode and high performance in power option. Game running with GTX 960M in nvdia panel.
Here is my y50 specs:
i7-4720hq, GTX-960M, 256GB SSD, 4GB RAM.

It is normal to get such fps with this specs? I have check my thermal max about 91 on CPU. GPU max only 60 (degree celcius). Software or hardware issue? Reinstalled graphic driver and game. Nothing works!

Hi,i just bought a diy pc 2 months ago.Just a 2 week ago,my pc start lag or not responding.Most is window explorer not responding.And the startup quite slow too.After waiting the system stabil/smooth,after around 5-15min when i open more task either 2 or 3,program start not responding.Any one can help me??

My pc spec:i5 3470
:sapphire hd 7770 oc
:gigabyte ga-z77m-d3h
:8gb(2 stick)ddr3 performance ram
:250gb hdd 7200IPE
:window 7 home premium

NOTE:harddisk already 5years+,others are new.I hav already run full scan,CHKDSK,window troubleshooting,reduce program on startup.All i have done,nothing change.I am thinking of my hdd starting to the end.Anyone can help solve??
